Ok so I feel bad but I don’t at the same time. My MIL has been saying this whole time that Covid is fake and it’s about control. She’s high risk because she has major health issues but yet refused to wear a mask this entire time! Now she has Covid and is upset no one will come see her. Hell no we ain’t coming to see you and I haven’t seen her in awhile anyways because of her ignorance. Just because I can’t take the vaccine doesn’t mean I didn’t do what I could. I’ve stayed home and worn my mask when I did go out. I even paid for VIP tickets to the concert I went to so I could be in a box away from everyone else NOT wearing masks. I feel bad for her because she’s already on oxygen 24-7 before this but at the same time this is her own fault.

I completely understand how you feel. It's extremely bad news that she is already on 24/7 oxygen. You can't save people from their own stubbornness and stupidity. God is making example after example out of them now while they plead from their ICU beds for people to get vaccinated before they go on the ventilator, but I'm just going to let them do their thing. They don't listen to a damn thing. People with 8 ICU beds open in their state want to spread misinformation. Good luck with that.

Yeah it’s a huge mess. And Oklahoma is actually at full capacity and having to send patients to other states. People are dying in the halls waiting for a bed to open up. It’s just plain ridiculous. And our governor said he’s not issuing another mask mandate at all. 🤦🏻♀️ idc my kids will be wearing one in school anyways

that's so sad. And God forbid people have a stroke, a heart attack, a car accident.....they can't get the care they need in a reasonable driving radius.

She needs to understand that if she has covid, best thing is to be isolated.
I guess all of what we’ve gathered in the past year and more seems to fall under the cracks.
I hope she gets better and has a new and humble way of understanding the truth.
