That’s not too long to wait on the NHS! Shitty it’s a phone consultation but I presume because of covid it’s safer and then from the phone consultation they will arrange a scan and bloods for you xx

I had my first referral letter at the beginning of May so that’ll be 5 months which sucks but it is what it is. Like I said cause it’s another 2 months we’re gonna see how quick we can get in private and see what they suggest. I’d rather have a phone consultation than risk going the hospital and catching covid tbh lol. Xxx

Yeah that makes sense and no harm in looking to go privately especially if it means you get seen sooner and possibly they do more investigations than the nhs may do xx

Def worth looking into private. Cause you already have a child NHS are very unlikely to help at all unfortunately. Speaking from experience

@ezchaz, oh that’s good to know. It must just be my area that are tight 😂. We needed help with our first but had to sign loads of paperwork confirming that neither of us had any other children. After we had him (only needed medication no ivf) we went back and they told us they wouldn’t help us again as we already had a child. It broke my heart.
Somehow as if by magic I fell pregnant (probably cause we weren’t trying)

It must have felt awful! Funny you say about miracle because at my appointment at the fertility place they said it appears that my lining was thick and it turns out a week later I got a positive pregnancy test. Xx

Yeah we’ve seen a couple of clinics so I’m going to have a call round tomorrow and see when we can get to see them 😀 xx

So happy they seeing you. When I had my first miscarriage 2017. They did blood tests scan to check my ovaries they tested the baby and sack I past. Waiting for bloods to come bk I fell pregnant with Aaliyah was so scare but they scan me at 6 weeks 8 weeks and 10 weeks.
With my 2 miscarriage I had after. Aaliyah they did the same. I past all my miscarriage at hospital and had D and g with one of them. But if I do get pregnant again I just call up early pregnancy unit they scan me 6;8/ 10 weeks. Fingers crossed xx
