37w5d… noticing an increase in what I’m assuming are Braxton Hicks… I get little light period-like…

37w5d… noticing an increase in what I’m assuming are Braxton Hicks… I get little light period-like cramps in my lower uterus. No pain. Sometimes I also notice tingling or hardening in the very top of my uterus but it’s not usually at the same time as the cramps.

Kinda funny that this is my fourth kid but I’m still unsure of if these are practice contractions, but oh well. Lol.
