Anyone heard of Sacral Dimple? Usually there’s an indentation in between the lining above the buttocks. Just want to know if this is something anyone can tell me more about. My daughter looks like she may have one. Thanks

They're very common. Does she have any discoloration of the skin or skin tags or anything by it? Sometimes if you do, the doctor may order some imaging to check the area out, but normally there's nothing that needs done.

It looks like she still has that blue discoloration on her buttocks which they say it’s common when they give birth. But most of that went away except for where her sacral dimple is at. There’s a little bit of the blue discoloration

My husband has it and my newest baby does as well. They say if there are 2 dimples and not too deep it’s nothing to worry about. We will still be going to specialist for them to check it out just in case.
