Mr. 17 has literally been making fun of our J&J efficacy FOR MONTHS. Acting all superior with his Pfizer 5g capabilities. Today I had the pleasure of throwing it in his face that his dropped to 64% against delta 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The highlight of my morning 😂😂😂😂

Haha that's sad. Poor Mr. 17. What's j&J's efficacy against delta?

They don’t really know. They did a recent study last week that was tiny but showed promise. They didn’t give any real numbers though. Just that “it was promising”

I read an article that said Pfizer was 88% effective against Delta* vs 95% against the original strain, did something change? I saw that J&J was 34% effective but they are working on a booster for it or just getting approved for a second shot.

@squishymommy1, oh wow! I wonder if that’s specific to them? I know they are one of the most vaccinated countries. The serious transmission rate for all of the vaccines is still high though. Like 90% won’t get a case that causes hospitalization or death. Which is promising either way.

right. They are all very effective against serious illness and hospitalization but the efficacy being lower is a problem for the immunocompromised who can’t get it and kids. I’m sure we will see more data coming out about it

I hope so since there’s so many conflicting reports as of now. I shall stay in my tiny bubble, I took my son to fireworks here in town on Sunday and I still have anxiety lol
