Charlie starts school in September and im so nervous.
We are very rarely apart... we do everything together and i just feel worried that hes ij someone else's care 6 hours a day!
I know they are trained and see 1000s of kids... im a teacher myself for primary but when its your own its so.hard not to worry!

Ugh this is reassuring.... im the same hes never ever been in a building where ive left him and walked away. Im so so protective too!.
I feel like I'll be grilling him about his first day😂
I just hope they keep me updated how hes doing and i hope he enjoys it.
Me and charlie have our own way of doing things and its gonna be such a big change for him.. even somehting like someone putting his dinner infront of him its only ever been me..

I’m with you completely Remy will only turn 4 on 22nd august then be at full time school 7th sept. He’s always been with me too as I’m at the nursery he goes to.

Awww its so hard.. charlie hasnt even been to nursery so.im so worried about the whole thing. They seem so young to be in a school setting xx

Both of mine were in nursery as a baby but I worked at that nursery so we were always in the same building. Both at some point in the room I worked in. So yeh had horrible anxiety when they started school. Never left them in a building and walked away before.
It's normal and I can only say that once they've started and you both get used to it it won't be so bad. Max wasn't 4 until July so he was still so tiny but they both were fine starting & seemed to enjoy it which helps!
