Don’t beat yourself up it happens, some things are just sometimes out of our control and just happen. Maybe the air was too dry for her.
It happens to me and my middle daughter when is way too hot out.

I was super upset because I slept in her room to keep an eye on her but I guess I slept through her nosebleed I felt like a horrible mother 😞

i can imagine the feeling
But you are not a horrible mom. We as women or moms always are too harsh on ourselves. Sleeping trough something like that doesn’t make you a bad mom, just a exhausted or tired one. It can’t be easy chasing a toddler all day and taking care of the fam. Give yourself a little slack!
