So am I the only one that hates when schools ask kids to pay large sums of money to participate in things like dress down days, school dances, school games etc especially in poverty neighborhoods? Like my niece has to pay $20 just to go to her schools football game and I’m like what? Why do they expect these families to give them this kind of money when they barely have enough to get by. I think it should always be free because $20 is ridiculous especially if you have multiple kids in high school wanting to attend.
