So, finally I saw a podiatrist...Turns out my feet arch was starting to collapse. (Didnt even know that was a thing) Could've been by walking barefoot during covid, barely walking, or walking with a bad shoe. Im convinced my Nike shoes were a bad shoe because I never walk barefoot. 😩Now I have to gain strength in my feet and wear inserts for arch support. Oh and I bought 3 new pairs of shoes lol. If you feel pain in knees and feet, buy inserts and save yourself as of now. Thankfully Im at the start so hopefully it will work sooner.🙏🙏🙏
