I’ll add wood chips to add a smoky flavor since I don’t have a smoker. It’s still pretty good

Love charcoal but we have propane. Stove top cast iron pan for harsh weather months.

I don’t care for grilled food. I loved grilled chicken but that’s about it. I eat that like once a year. I had grilled food everyday growing up. I’m sick of it. I’m also not a big meat person at all!
