My opinion would be that I wouldn't take both. As long as the multi vits have got folic acid in, is good enough.

Okay that's cool I'll just take the pregnacare then I think the daily amount is 400mg and that's in there so that's good xx

I would take the pregnacare if it’s got all the vitamins in it along with folic acid that will be enough xx
