What a story that comes with getting him. More on how SHE turned into HE later in the story.

I was thinking a little girl would balance the house out so when I saw her in pet harbor, I was like I HAVE TO MEET HER, SHE MIGHT BE MY CAT! This wasn’t a shelter I could make an appointment at, so on crutches and all my Dad and I drove an hour to go meet who I thought was a girl. When we get there we were delighted to find out he was still there but also found out SHE was actually a HE! I was like damn, but something told me I still needed to meet the little guy so I agreed to it.

Get back to the cat meeting room, the vet tech comes and tells us he’s having his neuter surgery right now but we could come back in 2.5 hours. We went and got some Birria tacos, stocked up on cat food, then went back. This little guy was all freaked out and hid in a corner so I wasn’t sure if I could get him to connect with me. I got on the floor on my belly, got him to let me pet him and as soon as I did that, I heard the loudest purr I’ve ever heard. I had my dad bring Clyde’s carrier in from the car and took him home with us!

We don’t know his name yet, as I thought he was a girl and I was going to name her Karma. We do know he was found about a month ago at an animal sanctuary, he’s very sweet, purrs even when he sleeps and can’t wait to play with the other kittens in a few days after we are sure he didn’t get sick at the shelter.

His brother is Clyde Heathcliff

What will his name be? 🤔
