I was scheduled to go in for a cervical ripening today. I received a phone call yesterday telling me to be there at 3:30 today. I load up packed and ready to stay (my induction is scheduled for 7am tomorrow morning) and after I registered and sat down in the lobby I was called to the desk and had to talk on the phone with someone from L&D telling me to go back home that I wasn’t supposed to receive that call yesterday and they had no beds and were behind on inductions. So we drove the 45 mins back home and now idk if or when I’ll be able to go in and have this baby. I’m trying to not be upset but I had my childcare taken care of and everything and now I have to change plans and it’s just frustrating. 😩
