Anyone have a child who can’t eat meat without throwing it back up immediately? Her dr wasn’t really concerned. she does like it, just can’t hold it down more than 5 minutes. She’s done this since she started eating solids 🤔

My sister did this until she was about 8 or 9. The texture or taste of meat was always disgusting to her 🤷🏽♀️ No pepperoni pizza. No ham or turkey and cheese sandwiches. She just couldn’t do it. I’m sure she’ll be fine ☺️

Does she eat meat at all now? I’m wondering if she’ll eventually just not even want it completely 🤷🏾♀️ I need to familiarize myself with more vegetarian recipes lol

I wouldn't be concerned my boy's are 7 and 8 and they hardly eat meat.y 2nd only eats chicken dinos and my oldest it's only ground beef in his spaghetti or tacos lol. What I would do is look up different types of protein meals for toddlers on Pinterest or just Google. There is so many different options these day's for people who don't like meat! Also kid protein drinks help a lot we get ours from Costco for extra supplement 😊

My son is like that with certain things. It’s a texture and sometimes a GI issue. I would ask for a referral.

My kid still doesn't eat meat, like at ALL. He won't eat dino nuggies, pizza, hotdogs....like ANYTHING most kids love. Vitamins and pediasure are the only reasons my child is still alive I'm pretty sure! 🤣

My son doesn’t eat a lot of meat however there are actually meat allergies, she shouldn’t be throwing up after eating it and if she does then you don’t *have* to feed her meat. There’s tons of high protein veggies and other food that she might enjoy. Could be a sensory issue as well.
