I phoned community midwifery today and was told that I AM on the list for labour ward still. So ive to expect a phonecall to go back in. They had just had their staff meeting and were told that there were 4 women waiting for ARM and one had self discharged and was waiting at home (me 😅) and ive to phone at 7 tonight for an update.
I was told if i self discharged then i wouldnt be on the list anymore and would wait for natural labour?! Serious lack of communication...organisation...compassion 🙄

Oh no!!! So glad your back home now thou with kylan!! Happy birthday to him!! Bet he’s happy mummy being home!! And they’re useless ain’t they literally no communication at all! Same with my hospital I’d go for scans and stuff and I’ll be sat waiting for hours I’ll go to the desk and they’ll somehow lost my folder like wtf?! Isn’t this your job?! Some get so arsey aswell don’t they! Well I wish you all the best and good luck and hopefully at 7 when you ring back they’ll have an update for you!xxxx

I didn't even bother phoning, they're only going to say that labour ward is really busy and that they will contact me as and when or I'll get some crap about how they're just starting handover to the night staff and they'll get the night team to contact me, which won't happen. I'm not forcing anything anymore, she's moving well so I'm just taking each day as it comes and if they call then bonus x

Aww happy birthday to Kylan! Just been catching up with your posts. You're having to deal with so much, its rubbish 😔 At least your back at home with your boy now. Hope you've all had a great day together and hopefully baby girl will make an appearance soon! Xx
