Ive now been moved... To POST NATAL. Im sat in a room with 4 other women holding babies in their arms..
Ive been told that they needed my bed for higher priority patients!! So again im pushing for self discharge as id rather wait at home and they can call me when a labour ward bed becomes available.. oh and just to add, the Doctor never came to see me once!

This sounds like an absolute nightmare. Sorry to hear this. You'll definitely feel more comfortable at home, watch a funny movie and have a good giggle, get the oxytocin flowing.

I'm priority when it suits them! Priority when they're saying I need induction at term, priority when I want to self discharge but not priority when it comes to actually moving things along!

pals may help to a degree to prevent a complaint but despite what they say they are affiliated with the hospital and it will be fed right back to the staff on that ward.

I'm high priority when it suits them and I want to discharge myself. But I'm not high priority enough to be taken to labour ward. Constant contradictions

that's the stage I'm still at, waiting to have them broken.. But I could be waiting days for a space to become available on labour ward to have them broken. As obviously active labours come as a priority

Yeah I came in Saturday morning. Sick of then constantly contradicting themselves and now I'm sitting here with all these tiny babies when mine should be here too, it's cruel x

nightmare!😖if they ain’t guna do anything they should at least let you home so that you can get comfortable and see if anything starts as home all they are causing you is stress x
