My bones have been aching, especially pain in my knees. I went from walking a lot before covid to very little to no walking through covid to now just pain when bending for anything. 😩😩I have my first orthopedic appointment. Feeling a little nervous. I dont want to hear anything crazy is happening internally. 🙏🙏PRAY FOR ME!
