I could have cried today. Morgan came out of school so excited waving a letter about yesterday. Told me he wanted to join the after school art club. I have tried to get him involved in extra curriculum for a couple years now but he's never shown interest. He finds it hard trying new things. But he loves drawing & making comics. Said he wants to be an illustrator when he's older. I happily bring the letter & payment today at pick up as I couldn't get letter to office in morning (they do breakfast club). Morgan is so excited, wants to take it himself. Club is fully booked already. His face. Made my heart cry he was so upset. Only saving grace is we saw a helicopter land & take off in the park on the way home which did cheer him up.
