What temp would concern you? Noah has had a cold (runny nose and cough) since being back at nursery, well this morning he was sick his temp is 37.4 - ive Googled and 37.5 is a temp in toddlers normally his temp is quite low(normal) what would you do? Obviously we're going to keep checking his temp and keep an eye on him.

I will agree 37.5 is okay still, I always give my child medicine when it goes 38 and above. Just keep an eye on him and don't dress him too warm also give him water. This is what I do. Hope he will be better soon 🙏 x

Hes borderline fever, so if he goes above 38 its a fever but anything under is ok. Temp usually means his body is fighting the infection too.

Hope hes feeling better asap! Xxx

39+ would concern me and I’d give paracetamol and ibuprofen together as a fist dose and then alternate , I find they work really well together to reduce and manage high temps xx
