What time do you ladies fit in workout to your schedule? I’ve tried to workout when my daughter is napping but lately she has been skipping her nap times & by the time they go down to sleep at night it’s always around 11 and by that time I’m just exhausted & fall asleep. Can’t really workout in the morning since my son is in school, & will during the weekend I try but my mother in law makes me feel uncomfortable & I feel all awkward when she just stands there to watch me 🥴
