Been there... try sipping slowly on some gingerale or ginger tea it was the only thing really that helped for me. Cold grapes, watermelon chunks are good to have on hand to snack on. Also try not to let your stomach get empty that’s what made it the worst for me.
I literally have to eat knowing I’m going to throw it up even if I try smaller meals I feel for youuuuu hopefully it gets better for you!
