Feeling defeated once again...
I was super excited to be apart of a pharmaceutical study that made an ivf cycle completely free....but of course my body never responded to the down regulation medication within the parameters of the study and I am officially being dismissed from the trial.
We're going to continue with a self pay ivf cycle but it's hard to stay positive that anything will be successful at this point. Just bummed I guess.

I’m sorry to hear that. Cheer up though, girl! Maybe the ivf will be successful this time!! Try to have a positive attitude if you can. I have the hardest time having one a lot of the times, admittedly. My husband calls me Eeyore.

It's hard to stay positive when you've been through 3 failed iuis and didn't even start ivf technically.

That's incredibly hard, hon. I'm sorry. Self pay ivf is very stressful. :( And it's BS because 80% of ivf drugs are VERY old drugs that shouldn't cost $4000. They should be $300.

I'm grateful that money isn't an issue for us I'm just so anxious about the outcome. I was on lupron for 3 weeks (of horrendous headaches) for absolutely nothing...and nothing. I'm just over it at this point.

I'm so sorry. Infertility sucks. I have gone thru clomid. An IVF was something else. Just think positive an the outcome being a baby. When I finally did my transfer an got 23 eggs an just ended up with 5 got very disappointed. Thought I would have more. But im glad I have my 2 beautiful girls from IVF. Have 1 more embryo frozen but not sure if I want to go thru all the shots an stress if the cycle worked. Prayer ur self pay cycle more successful.
