Ridiculously chapped lips

Help me! This has been going on for months but only intensified since getting pregnant. I have tried so many different types of chapsticks, lip balms, moisturizers, lip masks and treatments, and even some all natural methods, but nothing has helped. I literally have chunks of skin peeling off my lips. This has never happened to me before.

My skin is the most sensitive to moisturizers, I get clogged pores & black heads so easily with moisturizer & it will probably be worse with pregnancy, because with my daughter it was horrible. Do y'all have any recommendations? My skin is SO dry because I'm scared to put just anything on it, but I know moisture is crucial.
