Yes, if going from iphone to iphone it android to android the link usually works or you can have your phone backed up & it should transfer right over. If those two fail you can try googling mom.life and downloading from there.
When you just transferfrom iPhone to iPhone all you have to do is leave your phone side-by-side and the information and everything goes back to your new iPhone
