Actually you’re looking for “3 over 6” three temps higher than the previous six will show if you ovulated.

@kuteluv1, I don’t see ovulation yet. But here is what you’re looking for... this is mine. Usually you will see an “ovulation spike” with the 3 over 6 rule. The numbers are days past ovulation. Not all are this text book though. The up and down temp doesn’t mean much as far as being fertile, that’s determined by your cervical mucus.

Yea the peaks are showing when you’re the most fertile and the dips are when you’re the least fertile
