Was called to replace a water heater that was 10 years old and I caught the piezo wire wasn’t hooked up! My SO overlooked it too. Felt good finding the issue and saving the client $1500! They just had a main sewer flood in their basement. So they were more than relieved. Starting to feel like a tech 😎

Main reason we started our own business! We worked for big companies that only cared about the dollar. We care about our customers. Because they are regular people like us. We aren’t looking to make millions (although that would be nice), we just wanna take care of our family, live comfortably and have a steak every once in a while lol.
