@mommiesgoneabitmad those are all so good!! I have a collagen powder i just get lazy and forget to take it so i stopped altogether 😅 i think it was a texture thing for me or the flavor i cant remember

@mommiesgoneabitmad thats really good!!! When i started lifting i wasnt able to lift as much but you will get there just stick with it and always push urself ..like try going up in weight every time even if its 5lbs
