Life happens it gets hard and it’s piling up all facts but truth is it’s there regardless so make the best of it. Smile when your doing a Evolution workout when your body screams. Smile when the bills keep rolling in, envision past that (even paying them). Stop seeing what is wrong and start seeing how it can be right!!


Thursday challenge is to take a moment to clear your mind and relax. Really focus on your breathe and the noise around you not in your head. Then think of three things your grateful for today in this moment.


Side note if you haven’t had this drink I’m pretty sure that’s why life is so hard it is everything who needs soda when they have #bubly
