I use edibles (gummies) and talk with a therapist it has helped so much. I think talk to your doctor and im sure they can find the best for you. Some workout and yoga... some use medications from the doctor...therapy. my attacks stopped once I used edibles daily which has been a life saver
I talk to a therapist. But if I cannot see her she has me rate my anxiety on a scale of 1-10. Try to go outside for a walk if I can, call a friend or family member, and use self talk (what’s the reality of the situation versus what my brain is telling me? What are the positive outcomes that can happen? Of course if there is a reason for an anxiety that you know of). And know that the attack will eventually end. Sometimes typing it out on my computer word doc helps. Like a journal. Writing it out by hand takes me forever.
