Made my lasagna casserole. Layered with cauliflower rice, almond milk ricotta mixed with one egg and 1/4c shredded parmesan cheese, Rao’s roasted garlic sauce with ground turkey, chopped spinach and diced mushrooms. I topped it with vegan mozzarella cheese and more shredded parmesan. Also made a couple parmesan garlic bread chaffles. I used the basic garlic bread chaffle mix and added shredded parmesan cheese. This casserole is by far the best I’ve made. I almost ate more because it was so good but I was way too full.

I made Kraft Mac n cheese, sweet apple chicken sausage and broccoli and cheese mixed in together. What did everyone else have?

So my home made bread turned out great. Very yummy too, even my daughter liked it. Yes it is not beautiful, but if you're that bored to judge bread. Go for it. LOL. Because I made my own garlic butter to go with it. I do not bake cakes out of a box, I make my mix from scratch. That goes for bisquits, country gravy, taco seasoning, cookies, brownies, frosting, cinnamin rolls, pancake mix, and I love making my own boneless chicken wings. There is much more, because it taste way better than store ...

I made lasagna and garlic bread 😜
When making your baked Macaroni do y’all use the pre-shredded cheese in the bag or do you get the block cheese and shred it yourself? Do you think it makes a difference? Also what kind of cheeses do y’all use? I wanna switch it up this year. I always use sharp cheddar and Gruyere and add Parmesan to the panko topping.

Chicken bacon ranch casserole with garlic bread YUM!! What's for dinner mom's?
