For fun, I was trying to pick out a hospital outfit for me and new baby, I was thinking that mauve looked really pretty, and because I’ve been a boy mom for 10 years I’m new to this whole coordinating thing so I was trying to figure out if I could get away with florals while baby could wear a solid color.... I asked my husband for help and he wasn’t helpful... but I found the pizza gown and thought the camel color could work with it... it’s just not “girly” enough for my liking. Even with a bow, I feel like I could have done that with Elliott rather than this new baby.

I do agree that the pizza one doesn’t really go with what you’d wear. But I absolutely do love the mauve color.

The pizza one needs to be out, no matter what you decide. That's not a cutesy lil girl's comin home outfit. That's like a kickin it on Sunday, watchin football kinda onesie. I'd go with the solid mauve. Or get her somethin floral and you wear a solid color.
Either way, pizza onesie is a no for me.

You could do baby in solid color and you in floral as long as a main color in your flowers is the same as her solid. There are lots of places you can buy matching so you aren't having to match them yourself too.
