Freaking HELLPPP. Recently no matter the task my son just tells me he can’t and throws himself to the floor. He won’t do anything I ask . Idk how to go about this . But at this point we’re both getting frustrated . He says he wants water I tell him to get his cup off his bed and he screams I cant and he throws himself . Please helppppp😭

I think it’s the age also . My daughter just turned 3 and she flat out tells me no you get it you do it . Drives me nuts

Age 3 is literally the toughest age. We’re already getting the threenager attitude over here too. It gets worse. Just breathe & sometimes you’ve just got to ignore their irrational behavior so they don’t think they’re getting a reaction from you for it. This too shall pass. Give it time.

I 1000000000000% agree. Three is SO DAMN HARD. I wouldn't redo 3 for any amount of money.

My 3 year old does the same . An she yells at me saying mommy im doing it. While rolling her eyes. One day i was like wait shes 3 teenage years with her should be fun. If its its something simple like getting her cup. I will ignore her an tell her i cant until you hand me your cup like i asked you to. She eventually will calm down and go get it. Or talk very calm and tell her im sorry but your a big girl right? Well big girls do what mommy ask with saying no or i can't.

That’s normal. My daughter is 6 and still does that. They just want attention so they act helpless so you’ll stop what you’re doing and do it for them.

Sounds like he needs ass whooping with that entitled attitude make a naughty step every time he start that set his butt there for two minutes if he get out keep putting him back till he does the full two minutes you can make one anywhere that shit will stop also he needs to start helping out with small chores don’t let him act like a big brat
