Egg white chaffle (1/4c egg whites, 1/2c mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp almond flour, I added 1/4 tsp garlic powder and garlic multipurpose seasoning), 1 lg mushroom sliced, a few pieces diced chicken then I melted some vegan provolone cheese on top. Really good lunch.
Could just be my lighting too. Its actually white. Its pretty mild though in taste
