I had horrible anxiety in the evenings my last pregnancy. Found my problem was if I had caffeine too late in the day, as in if I had any after 1pm and using social media too close to going to sleep. It unfortunately lasted my whole pregnancy until she was born. Thankfully this time around was much better.
Maybe keep a diary about what you eat, drink, shows you watch, social media usage, stuff like that and see if there's any connections between them and when the anxiety sets in? And try eliminating things and see if it gets better.
I'm sorry you're going through this. It's so hard to deal with and can be crippling at times. I really hope it gets better for you and that your heart and you can find peace. Sending you all the positive and calming vibes ❤
@esterarias I've suffered anxiety most of my life. I'm overdue with baby number 4 and I'm having labor anxiety because I know how much it hurts but I take a deep breath and tell myself truths and positives like "labor is the shortest part of pregnancy" and "this is the most primal and natural and strongest thing my body will ever go through" to try to calm my fears.
I'm sorry you're feeling that way though. Maybe when you start to feel the fear and anxiety trickling on try writing the positive things about having a baby and positive experiences you're looking forward to most. Again I'm sorry you're feeling these things.
@countrypeaches42013, it’s okay like you said it’s only temporary I’m super ready to have this little one and I’m excited it’s just the fear I’ve suffered from anxiety but not depression it’s a constant battle in your mind that becomes very scary because I enjoy my life but again like you say it’s temporary if I got out of it once I can again! 😊 I just needed to vent Tysm
