For a post dinner treat I made a banana cream pudding mousse pie. The crust is a pre made walnut crust I had, sugar free banana cream pudding and silk heavy whipping cream blended together until thickened. I added dairy free vanilla wafers and crushed a graham cracker and sprinkled it on top. It was pretty tasty.
