Made up my own creation since the fam is having pizza. This is riced broccoli, riced cauliflower, diced mushrooms, diced chicken, my homemade cashew alfredo sauce (cashews, veggie broth, noosh, heavy whipping cream, garlic multipurpose seasoning), a thin layer of vegan mozzarella cheese and crushed pork rinds with some basil multipurpose seasoning sprinkled on top. I need more seasoning in my sauce next time and maybe some garlic but this creation was still very good.
