I had a lot of cramping with my 2nd. Pretty much the whole first trimester then it went away.

The more babies you have the more you're gonna have aches, pains, and cramps. In the beginning its normal to have PMS symptoms, mostly because your body has hardly recognized that you're pregnant yet.

I didn’t cramp at all with either pregnancy sorry I can’t be of much help :(

But I would imagine since your so early you may cramp for a few days, I’m not sure how it works.
