Tw issues after delivery

I legit just got released from a different hospital for septic shock for endometrisis (infection in uterus)

To update ended up back in the ER there is still "gunk" in my uterus (even after a D&C) My right fallopian tube is full of pus and I have something super rare that is a blood clot blocking all blood flow to my right overy in the artery. I am in extreme pain spiking fevers.. well the antibiotics they gave me there is a 1/1000 % chance of having an allergic reaction to..... im now covered head to toes in hives 😳🤦‍♀️ so another admit hopefully not as long as the last couple
