Best way to ease breast pain from milk coming in? I’ve heard cabbage!

We are stuck in the hospital because of RSV. My milk is starting to come in and I need it to stop or ease out. I’m already in a lot of pain from other issues. SOS 😭

Sudafed, ice cold cabbage, a supportive but not too tight sports bra, peppermint oil and anything really with natural peppermint.

Rub castor oil all over the upper half of your back a few times a day. It really works and your milk will dry up in just a few days.

Sudafed helps. If you take it for a few days it dries you up.

Cabbage works wonders. It works best straight out of the fridge

Yes. Replace the leaf when it starts to wilt. It helps with the swelling.

When I weaned my youngest. I only had to use the cabbage for like two days. So hopefully yours won't hurt for long either
