You can make some paint. And let them go outside and use it (it for outdoor) if you go to Pinterest you will find so mine things to do.

Get one of those "hopper balls" I had 1 when I was a kid and loved it. I currently have 2 in my home 1 for both my daughter and nephew to play with. They are honestly the most played with toy in my home. They're great for exercise and so much fun. I also just gave one to my coworker who is raising her granddaughter and was looking for a way for her granddaughter to burn off some extra energy and she loves it too.
