Im hoping one of You Mama's can be of assistance to Me. About a week ago I felt a shock wave shooting through down there and I have cramping on My sides when baby moves sometimes. No abnormal discharge, not too much pain, no bleeding..is this what they call lightening when baby flips head down because He does feel low or is it still too early for him to flip?

Baby could have dropped or flipped, but seeing as your 32 weeks the normal movements start to become super uncomfortable and painful at this point, but if your really concerned, id call your doctor. ♡
Thank You so much!! I was definitely wondering because I have to lay down sometimes when he moves because at times his movements are painful. I guess I didn't notice this in My other pregnancies
I would say either lightening crotch or round ligament pains, or both haha. Isn't pregnancy so fun?!
