I have, it helped me a lot. I took 50 mg for about a year. I took it at bedtime at first because it supposedly can make you sleepy, but it really didn't for me. It worked really well. My husband said there was a study that it actually has some anti-cancer properties too. I would recommend it!
@maddoxsmama Just take it an hour or so before bed for the first few weeks. I honestly didn't notice many side effects (I usually don't with meds, I know some people do), but it definitely helped to lift my depression and anxiety so I could work on the underlying issues without being overwhelmed.
Yes. The first week was rough - felt almost like outer body experiences, headaches, no appetite. Once my body adjusted, it was good. I felt like myself again. I was on it for a little over a year before I felt good enough to slowly taper off of it completely.
