I personally start about 6 days after my period test 2x a day with like a 3 hour (10am and 4pm) hold not first moring urine. Once the test line is equal or darker then the control line you will ovulate 12/24 hours after words (bd time) i test a few days after my positive to make sure it wasn't just a rise and it was a possitive. The day after ur positive is dpo 1. I used the ovia ap it will tell you ur fertile week its best to bd every other day during that week.

She only ovulates 1 day out of the month, so she can only get pregnant on that one day. See "fertility window" or all the day's she's "fertile"? That means her egg is maturing and preparing to be released. According to this app, her egg will be released on the 24th. The opks will let her know when she a high amount of the luteinizing hormone (lh), but can't necessarily tell her exactly when she's ovulating, or when she will ovulate. I just know about the menstrual cycle and it's relation to fertility, but I don't know anything about opks
