after i had the girls my back was hurting so bad i was shaking and was shooting up my BP from the pain (they said it was from them trying to get the epidural in twice but not being able to get it in the right spots it'd be better after a few days) well we're almost 6 months down the road and it still has it days where it feels like my back is going to snap in two even when laying down. well earlier i was moving tables out the room and went to pick one up and my back went crunch and started hurting so told kenny imma try taking a shower cause it was hurting and now my back is like this. it's also done this after doing 100 sit up months ago. it's like if i do too much or pick something up it flares up and this big knot pops up then after a few days it goes away . i don't have insurance anymore so i can't go get it checked out. i just want my back to normal 😭

idk what it is years ago when i was in 8th grade i got hit in the back with a 2x4 so my back has never been perfect but it's 10x worse after having the girls. any lifting or doing too much leads to a big knot showing up and hurting

Id take ibuprofen and could you see a chiropractor? If it's when you are doing movement and it goes back down maybe they could help you. If research it.

i'll look into a chiropractor see what i can find around here. usually it hurts 95% of the time feeling like it's going to just snap but it's when i go picking a lot of stuff up the knot shows up

it sounds like its being strained. I hope they are able to help you! Maybe after it goes down do some stretching until you are able to find someone.

I'm having this issue as well.... they told me that I it was from a "spinal leak" from when they went too far with the needle. I get crippling migraines now too. My daughter turned 1 a week and a half ago, and I still have these issues. My back is in so much pain right now, I can hardly get my housework done.

when they tried the first needle she said all youll feel is some pressure which was true but after trying for about 10 mins she said i can't get in there so imma try a different spot well when she did that one instead of pressure it was pains shooting thru my back while she was trying to get it in position but she just thought that i meant that i was having contractions she couldn't get that one either and the baby A decided she wanted out right then so i told her just stop we ain't got time to keep doing it anymore then after they were delivered and got to the room the pains were still happening so bad i was shaking (kenny thought i was having a seizure i was shaking so bad hurting) and my blood pressure was shooting up so they had to give me pain meds to help so my bp would calm down

I had to have the epidural to bring my BP down, that's the only reason I got it. And I hated it the whole time.

Well this definitely solidifies my idea of never having kids again. I can never do natural and getting another epidural is out of the question! I’m terrified! I’m so sorry, I would definitely seek help. A chiropractor sounds like a good idea.

with Jerri i didn't have time to get one so i had her natural and when i got pregnant again i said imma do natural again well found out it was twins and dr wanted me to do an epidural just incase we had to do a csection so i agreed. girl never again that was the worst part of my labor i told kenny i ain't ever gettin a epidural again or even try to get one i guess it's considered that i didn't get one since they couldn't get it in and baby A was ready to come out so i did natural with those 2 and that's the way i'm going in the future too i don't want epidural anymore

I have this i went to the doc and they said it was just a fat pocket and nothing tbey could do :( it hurts

Go to a walk in clinic and get seen. This is not something to play with and could very well be serious. I hope you get seen and that you get answers. Check out your states Medicaid/medical assistance programs. Some states have assistance for those who make too much for medicaid but not enough for other insurance.
