We trim our own hair using the double ponytail method we found on YouTube. It works pretty darn well and is easy. I am sure a professional hairdresser will be unhappy with it, but it keeps your hair tidy during corona.
My kiddo just trimmed her hair yesterday and it looks so much better and didn't tangle overnight.

I’ve been cutting my own hair for years. I don’t do anything fancy so a trim is pretty darn easy. You will do just fine 😇

This is the tech we use and it creates long layers. In front it will frame your face but be long in the back. Just be careful not to cut so short that the front won't pull back into a ponytail.

not too bad actually but she was wiggling and dancing around and baby started crying so I definitely didn’t do an awesome job. Definitely check it out. Supposed to be good for diy layers
