Not usually, but it can differ from child to child. She may have bumped it on something on which case it will tighten back up. Of she loses it early it shouldn't be a big deal other than waiting for the new tooth to come in for awhile. Check with your dentist if you have any concerns.
I think it matters when they started GETTIN teeth too. Idk why....I'm no scientist but that FEELS right?? My kiddo had teeth by the time ge was 3-4 MONTHS old, he had a full mouth by the time he was 1-1.5 🤷♀️

My son just lost his second last weekend, the first was when he was younger than your daughter is so I'd say it's normal girl!
