My 3 year old got into the gummie meletonin. They are 5mg. Fine right???? She never takes a nap. No matter how much itry to hsve her take one. She was getting ready to leave. We have to go get her brother from school soon. Next thing i know she is passed out, sleeping. Then i remembered how she got into those. They were far back on the counter. I was surprised she got them.

Yes she will be fine. It might throw her sleep off for tonight but she’s okay.

It did a little but not to bad. She ended up falling asleep at 9 instead of 8. Only an hour difference

Awww. Enjoy the peace and quiet lol. I once gave my kiddo a melatonin in the morning instead of her regular vitamin.

Yea I had to wake her up and carry her downstairs. We live in an apartment on the second floor. It was raining also lol she fell back asleep in the car
