If you’ve known me long enough you may have noticed something about my kids listed that has changed. That where once I only had 1 daughter and I now have 2. Our 15 year old has come out to us as Transgender, would like to be called Jay from now on(her original name was Gage) and her preferred pronouns are she/her. Additionally and unfortunately for this app. My 12 year old is non binary but there is no inclusive option on this app for them. Their preferred pronouns are they/them. I know people will screw up. I’m sure I will too. But please be considerate about preferred pronouns.
Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk

They would see your comment if you did a review and mentioned it.

My hubby is actually struggling with it some. He feels like she’s lying to garner attention. I can’t say it hasn’t crossed my mind based on past behavior and her penchant for lying for attention seeking purposes. However. I’m going to support what she’s told us. Until she tells us otherwise. Or doesn’t. He’ll come around I’m sure.

That's good... Now can you please explain to me ( because I just want to understand) why they want to or have chance there sex?
Before all of you want to take it the wrong why. I am again only asking because I don't understand it? Thank you...

Because she’s a girl? I really don’t understand the question.

My 16 year old at first said he was transgender and now has changed to non binary as he did more reading about things. This is something I am struggling with. I am proud of him for standing up for himself but it’s hard to change my ways. I’m happy to see you are handling it very well and wish I was that way also

I’ve had a lot of practice lol my brother in law is transgender

Yes but she was born a he right? Again I just trying to understand because I am super confused right now.
I don't understand. Hoping to have someone explain ( normally if I run into a transgender they are or they love ones are always on the defense. when with me there no judgment I just want to understand
How does one come to that decision wanting to change who they are or was
squishymommy1··
Because they were born in the wrong body. “She was born a he” is also not something one should be saying FWIW
