Has anyone has any issues during pregnancy where baby has prominent bowel loops & babies legs not growing correctly?

Been referred to a special fetal medical unit and had tests today for all sorts of things (including cystic fibrosis etc) but never experienced this before and would love any advice/experiences from anyone else has been through similar.
