Does this happen to anyone else? I get really sick right when my period starts and one day of my ovulation. Like flu sick. My body aches, I get the chills, sometimes my throat hurts and I’ll get a slight fever. I’m so exhausted and wish I could just nap. It’s only started to happen since after I had my 3rd baby. I’m in my 30s so idk if age is affecting how my body handles hormones. It’s just irritating feeling like this.

I do. The day before my period I’ll be sick sick like puking sick and migraine from hell. It never happened until I had my tubal and the dr said it’s a surge in hormones and my body doesn’t handle it well.

It's always happened to me and my mother too. I get a legit cold before my period. Combined with a little bit of pms. I get congested, a cough, sore throat etc

I get night sweats a day or 2 before my period starts. This is new. It started after my 3rd and I had a tubal.

I do, it sucks so bad. It honestly started for me about 6 months ago, I feel like pure hell, throwing up, migraines, body aches, chills , my sinuses go fucking crazy.

I wouldn’t say sick, but I almost always get a horrible migraine when I ovulate and then right before my period. And a mild fever.

This is how I feel today. I’m also super emotional and yesterday I was just filled with rage. I’ve gotten migraines before my periods since I was a teen, but the “flu” is new. Hadn’t really associated it with my cycles yet but now that you mention, I’m going to start keeping track. I just feel like garbage today.

I just turned 39 and the past 6 months I’ve been having a lot of women problems. I never had any issues until 6 months ago . Sore boobs for 45 days straight.( finally went away ), uti bladder symptoms but negative cramps test, anxiety, depression. Didn’t have period for 3 months . I think a lot of the issues was my birth control that all of a sudden started issues.

I haven't but my mom had the exact same thing and it started in her 30s. She went to the doctor for it and they said it was endometriosis so she had a hysterectomy 2ish years ago. She still gets "sick" around the time she ovulates but not nearly as bad now. But they also took one ovary when she had her hysterectomy.

I'm 35 and have noticed the changes my body is going through. The headaches/migraines, exhaustion, consistent back pain, random cramping, mild nausea etc..goodness smh so is this is what it's like as you become older😩
